Job Description

Participate in the development of Channel and POP strategy in order to achieve sales target, category growth & market share.
Responsible for deployment all of Trade Marketing activities, in term of respecting company commercial policies, company strategy with the retailers and brand equity and sales revenue targets.
Responsible for all Trade communication and information across level and other functions in terms of trade activity, merchandising implementation.
Conduct regular field work with Customer Development/Sale team to have in-depth customer insights as well as ensure all of the local feedback to be taken into account. 
Collaborate with Sale teams in support excellence In-Market execution of the activities by providing effective POSM and ready-to-sales tools while ensuring the desired product benefits and brand values.
Participate on monitoring and evaluation Trade Marketing programs and activities to measure effectiveness through proper ROI and recommend improvements Trade promotion execution process and provide monthly update, analysis and recommendation.
Work with agency to track and monitor process of merchandising initiatives deployment to ensure all of the aligned tasks to be done on time in full.

Job Requirement

University graduated (Marketing or related fields)
At least 2 years of trade marketing, especially in FMCG industry
Good computer skills (especially Excel)
Good English communication
Able to work under strict timelines & manage workloads effectively
Good teamwork & the ability to work across departments
Can-do attitude
