Job Description

- Prepare work permit, visa, residential card and other documents for expats 
- Prepare schedules of Regional Director's business trips (hotel booking, dosmetic air ticket)
- Extend annual travel insurance and process claim with insurance company if any
- Provide admin supports to Managing Director
- Other general secretarial duties

Job Requirement

- University graduated
- Age from 35 - 40 years old
- At least 2 years in administration or relevant fields 
- Experience in making work permit, visa and other documents for expats 
- Very good English (especially speaking & listening)
- Good computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Careful and hard-working
- Stable and have customer service in mind
