Job Description

1. Develop & manage business development strategies & action plans for assigned product ranges nationwide
• Set up business strategies and periodical action plan 
• Allocate business targets for the Regional Managers based on the business analysis & potential territories & resources. 
• Manage & monitor the implementation of business action plans to achieve the business targets, territories& customer coverage. 
• Inform the supervised employees the relevant policies & regulations relating to business & customers efficiently and timely and ensure their strict implementation 

2. Lead the assigned team to implement annual Marketing plans & programs 
• Manage the implementation of the sample & promotional materials request & allocation nationwide
• Manage team to coordinate & support the marketing activities

3. Build up & develop good relationship with customers & new potential territories. 
• Build up & develop good relationship with customers & new potential territories. 
• Manage team to implement customer development strategies efficiently
• Handle customer feedback and requirement timely
• Analyze and evaluate market changes, competitor’s activities and propose the amendment and adjustment to the current business plan productively, aligned with the company’s regulation.

4. Lead & manage the assigned sales force resources 
• Determine yearly resources to meet functional business plan.
• Manage employee selection, conduct employee’s performance evaluation for yearly salary adjustment based on Company‘s regulation & policies.
• Coach & develop team selling skills & other required competencies

5. Prepare annual budget & control expenses aligned with approved annual budget effectively 


6. Prepare monthly required reports

Job Requirement

University graduated (Pharmacist/ Economics)
Fluent English to work directly with BUH
At least 3 years at similar positions
or 10 years at managerial roles in Pharma or FMCG industry
Experience in Coaching & Developing team
Strong Leadership & Influencing skills
Complex problem solving and decision making
